How do I choose the right size?

We recommend sticking to your usual waist size for most designs. Please size up if you are interested in the red briefs.

What is your return or exchange policy?

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on any items. Please double-check sizing before ordering, and feel free to reach out with questions—we’re happy to help!

What happens if my order is shipped to the wrong address?

We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? 

You must contact us before the order ships! Reach out, mention your order number, and confirm the correct address and name on the order.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Sometimes, orders go out the same day especially when new collections launch due to a high volume of orders.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note, international orders can take between 7-15 business days.
